Bike & Barre

Start with Spin on our NEW Keiser Spin Bikes with one of our motivating instructors to increase your cardiovascular endurance, burn calories, and have a fun challenging ride! 

Finish with Barre for full body muscle conditioning. Barre classes have become a popular form of exercise. A barre class includes the use of the barre as a tool for repetitions of small, pulsing movements with emphasis on form, alignment and core engagement. Instructors may utilize yoga straps, exercise balls, and dumbbells.
