The class includes a combination of exercises that target specific muscle groups, especially those that are not trained enough and are typically weak. By employing multiple repetitions and training techniques, muscular endurance increases and muscle definition is enhanced. Equipment used includes body bars, dumbbells, floor mats and stability balls to effectively work all the muscles of your body. Movements are performed through all the planes of motion which increases both muscle flexibility and joint stability. Floorwork includes challenging exercises that target those difficult abdominal, gluteal and core areas.
